IT Seeker was founded in 2011 in Sittwe, Rakhine State. It was established with the vision of developing IT skills among local youth, starting with just a handful of students in its early days.
In the beginning, IT Seeker faced numerous hurdles, from having few students to the difficulties of market penetration. However, we remained resilient and committed to our mission. 2011 and 2012 were particularly challenging years in our journey, yet they defined our persistence.
Due to our strong focus on student success, we were able to sustain the center and become a vital support for those eager to learn computer science. To further expand our training reach, we officially registered as a company in 2019.
Recognizing that youth need more than just technical expertise, we launched the Personal Development Program in 2020. This initiative evolved into **Seekers Institute**, focusing on interpersonal skills and community-based learning to create a lasting impact.
